An efficacious operational strength of HDAC is closing neat, engaged, and committed partnership and collaboration with similar organizations that enhances the organization’s impact many folds. We here describes these partnerships, and shows how collaborative actions can achieve significant amounts of good. Information sharing with other entities increases the coverage of HDAC and increases its ability to achieve significant positive performance in program delivery. It is not about gaining more influence for HDAC’s efforts, it is about achieving a positive multiplier effect that boosts the programs implemented by the company. In this way, by presenting successful cooperation, HDAC emphasises its readiness to collaborate to achieve common objectives and becomes an example of inter-organizational cooperation for the common benefit.
